The Hundo Oko Caribe Chocolate

We roast our cacao here in Texas just like our BBQ- low and slow.

It keeps our beans mellow and rich, which is important in an unsweetened chocolate. This brings out jammy dark fruit notes of raisins, plum and red wine.
